The government is consulting on two parts of the Employment Relations Act: personal grievances and the transfer of employees. We will be making submissions to government and attending the select committee hearing on personal grievances to speak to those submissions.
We would like to hear your views on how the Act is working – both good and bad. As we act mainly for employers, we see this as an important opportunity to formally express the concerns you voice to us anecdotally, and for you to be heard on how the Act really works.
