Amy specialises in Employment Law, advising in relation to both contentious and non-contentious matters for a variety of clients. She also leads the firm's Intellectual Property Team, having moved to Sharp Tudhope in 2007 from the intellectual property department of a 'Magic Circle' law firm in London. Her focus in relation to IP work is mainly in relation to trade mark and copyright protection and in the creation of branding strategies. Amy is also an accredited LEADR mediator.
