Andrew joined Sharp Tudhope in 2006 and has worked as an Associate in both the firms Business Solutions Team and Asset Solutions Team. He has particular experience in business transactions, company law, negotiating and drafting commercial contracts, and commercial property development and leasing. Andrew works with a large range of individual and corporate clients and aims to offer constructive and practical advice.
