Shima joined Sharp Tudhope in 2008 and is an Associate in our Disputes Team.
Shima has over 10 years’ experience as a specialist employment lawyer. Before moving to Tauranga, Shima worked in-house for a large London borough advising on employment and industrial relations issues, and prior to that she worked for a specialist employment law firm in Auckland.
Shima acts for clients in all aspects of employment law, from drafting contracts and policies to acting on behalf of clients at mediation, in the Employment Relations Authority and before the Employment Court.
Shima also represents clients in the District Court and High Court.
