A long time Tauranga resident, John’s focus is on commercial and industrial property, helping clients add value to their holdings through developments, retrofits and subdivision. John was a founding member of the BOMA (now Property Council) and Mainstreet organisations in Tauranga. He is a director of First Mortgage Managers Ltd which manages First Mortgage Trust, a Tauranga based mortgage investment company serving New Zealand, which has grown from $30m to over $260m invested in six years.
