Duncan joined Sharp Tudhope in 1986 and has been a partner since 1990. He specialises in commercial and company law, and has particular experience in business turnarounds, restructurings, receiverships, liquidations, joint ventures and acquisitions. Duncan has a long association with organisations supporting and promoting Tauranga businesses and has served on the executive of the local Chamber of Commerce and on the Board of the Economic Development Agency Tauranga Region Trust.
