Elizabeth joined Sharp Tudhope in 2011 and is a solicitor in our dispute resolution team. Elizabeth appears regularly in the High Court and the District Court. Elizabeth completed her BA/LLB at the University of Auckland in 2007.
Prior to joining Sharp Tudhope, Elizabeth worked at a leading national law firm in the commercial litigation department for three years and overseas as a Legal Advisor at major British broadcaster.
Elizabeth's recent experience includes:
• Advice on negligence claims to major corporate clients
• Advice to a large corporate client on various matters relating to an extensive commercial arbitration
• Drafting and advising on commercial contracts (including web-content supply agreements, joint venture agreements and data supply agreements)
• Defamation and intellectual property advice to television producers
• Advice on ACC claims and clinical trials to clients in the healthcare sector.
