Kelly joined Sharp Tudhope in 2008 and practices in the litigation and employment law team. Kelly appears regularly in the District and High Courts in both the civil and criminal jurisdictions.
Kelly has a particular interest in the criminal jurisdiction and has experience in limited (work) licences and other transport offences, such as excess breath alcohol and careless driving.
Kelly also has experience in employment law, including drafting contracts, assisting at mediations and appearing in the Employment Court.
