For a fixed fee of $200 plus GST and disbursements we will provide you with a Distribution Checklist. This is a 5 page checklist setting out a range of issues / questions for your consideration and response. Once you have completed the Checklist, we will provide you with a 1 hour consultation with an Associate from our Business Solutions Team to discuss your objectives and requirements.
Should you then wish to proceed, for a further fee of $700 plus GST and disbursements we will provide you with a Basic Distribution Agreement.
In the event your proposed distribution arrangement involves complexities beyond what can be captured in a Basic Distribution Agreement, we will discuss this with you prior to commencing drafting and agree an appropriate fixed fee with you.
